Is Your Trailer Ready For Winter?
Since many riders use their living quarter trailers in some pretty darn cold months, it is a good idea to remember your plumbing. We have experienced several trailers coming in for service that have ice in the pressure pumps, which could present a future problem next spring.
If there is ice in the pump, potentially not enough anti-freeze was run through the lines.
Be sure that all faucets, showers and toilets run the color of the anti-freeze during winterizing. The last thing you want is your trailer in the shop for major repairs just as the season begins.
In the spring it is always a good idea to have your wheel bearings, brakes, tires and lights checked before your first outing, especially if your trailer is idle for long periods of time. This holds true for all trailers.

Baked Ham with Honey-Apricot Glaze 
10-12 lb. cooked smoked ham
1 cup honey
1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice (thawed)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup apricot jam
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham on rack in shallow roasting pan. Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl; set aside.
Bake ham for 30 minutes; pour glaze over ham and continue to bake until ham is heated through - about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
